Crisis information (after-hours support & helplines)
At Campbell House School, we know that students and families sometimes need help outside school hours. The following services are available 24/7 or outside normal hours, and many are free or low-cost. They are not a substitute for emergency services—if someone is in immediate danger, dial 000 right away.
Rapid Response (Emergency - 000)
000 (Triple Zero) – Call immediately if there is a life-threatening medical, mental health or safety emergency.

Tips for Parents and Students
- Save key numbers now in your mobile phone, so you can access them quickly when needed.
- If someone is unsafe or at immediate risk, call 000.
- If unsure what to do, you can call one of the phone services above and explain your concern—they’ll help you find the right support.
- After using an external service, please talk to the school the next day so we can support follow-up and coordinate care if needed.
- It’s okay to reach out early rather than wait until things feel “too bad” — seeking help early often makes a big difference.
